Ozark Natural Shine

On the morning of the 5th of October, two young ladies came to do a "Detailed Clean" of the house.  When I returned to the house they were leaving.  I bid them farewell and went in the house.  I asked my wife how the "Detailed Cleaning" went?  She was not privy at that time as to what a "Detailed Cleaning" entailed.  I checked what was done and not done by their list.   I called the company (Ozark Natural Shine) and complained.  She said someone would over the next week to look.  I  insisted someone come to check within the next day or two and she agreed. A lady came on the 6th or 7th and checked the job.  She said she would redo the cleaning herself on the 10th or 11th.  She called, said she was sick and if possible do the work on the 15th.  On the 15th she never called or showed up, and still hasn't.
I called nwadealpiggy.com to see what could be done about this problem.  The lady that answered said she would talk to the manager and let me know.  Since I had not heard, I called back and she said again she would talk to the manager.  On my next call I was told that I would be given a $20 credit with nwadealpiggy.com and a refund on the second cleaning.
