It took two weeks for the materials to arrive but only 2 days to put up the structure. During that time, they called my husband several times with updates and questions. The electrician came about a week later to finish up but by then, we had already moved the patio furniture in place and had family over for dinner! Everyone who comes over is amazed that it's probably 10 degrees cooler under the patio and i know that we will spend a lot of time out there this summer. Our next big reno is going to the the bathroom and you can bet we'll call John again for that.
Description of Work: We had a patio cover installed over an existing concrete slab. They also installed an electric outlet and a celing fan. We had called 5 companies and they were the best price with the best plan for our patio. Our house has an addition so the roofs come off at different angles and they spent time to figure the best way to make the water drain and still look nice. One of the other companies sent a man to look at the job and never came back. Another one said, no problem, but it still might rain in a little. Another one quoted over $11,000 and it would be July before they could even start. So when we met John, we were so happy that he was so professional and told us it would be complicated but his patio man could figure it out and sure enough, they both came back and looked things over and gave us a great quote and time line.
