It took two weeks for the materials to arrive but only 2 days to put up the structure. During that time, they called my husband several times with updates and questions. The electrician came about a week later to finish up but by then, we had already moved the patio furniture in place and had family over for dinner! Everyone who comes over is amazed that it's probably 10 degrees cooler under the patio and i know that we will spend a lot of time out there this summer. Our next big reno is going to the the bathroom and you can bet we'll call John again for that.
