Work was done very well but didn't like the pex added to shower head line because after shower was done  the pex flexes and shower head flopped all over the place. Had to secure around shower arm in tile to limit the movement.
Was charged for trips to get parts. Charged for nine hours of labor which seemed much more than was actually here. I questioned the time but was told that was what it took.
Had the other shower valve moved in another bathroom with all copper from a different plumber which was a much simpler job but cost $100.

Jeremy immediately answers or returns phone calls.  Their work is always taken on step more than you would expect.  He does the job right the first time.  Jeremy and Josh leaves the job site completely cleaned up. The rates are so reasonable...they take the time to make sure it is done to perfection.  Always on time and keeps you current of the job they are doing.  EXCELLENT!!!!

These guys did a great job and were $300 cheaper than two other local plumbers I had bid the same job

I had a leaky toilet that I could not fix myself. Also, having recently moved into my home, the inspection report indicated that my water heater vents were not properly secured. I called NWA Plumbing and Mr. March answered the phone on a Saturday! We scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. He and his associate promptly and thoroughly fixed my two issues, and also checked my water pressure, faucets, and made minor adjustments as necessary. In sum, they were OUTSTANDING.

I called a local plumbing supply store to get references for a plumber. One of the names given to me was Jeremy March (NWA Plumbing). He took my call, talked with me extensively over the phone about what we were needing and showed up at our house the next morning as promised to look at the problem and give us an estimate. He performed the work within the week and stuck to his quoted price. They cleaned up the work area afterwards and performed the work in a timely manner. We have a 30 year old house that we had just purchased and moved into so we expected more problems as we went along with our remodel. About 2 weeks after moving in our basement drains backed up and we called another company to scope and clean out the drain and they determined it was collapsed. We called Jermey back and again within a few days he had performed the work we needed him to do. We will (and are) definitely using Jeremy again as we are going to be gutting our bathrooms and he has already quoted a price to us for the work. Overall excellent work in an excellent time frame!
