+ -1 moreThis review is to serve as a warning to others considering hiring Nick Vonspreecken. We hired him through another website similar to this one. He quoted a price for the work we needed, then asked for half of the cost as a deposit to purchase supplies needed for the job. He did not show up to start work on the designated day, then avoided contact with us, only texting that a relative had died and he had to leave town. It ended up that he kept our $1500 deposit and did absolutely nothing for it. Luckily for us, the website had a guarantee on their contractors that refunded most of our money. The rest will be written off as a bad debt. Otherwise, our only recourse would be to sue him and hope to collect what he stole from us--a big waste of time and money.
