I called. Left a message detailing the type of work needed - all of the needed services were listed as services he performed - and I am still waiting for a return call. He gets a no confidence vote.

The only down-side was that his first trip out was for me to go over what I wanted/needed done and then he had to go to the supply house to get supplies for the job. Unlike some of the bigger operations, he doesn't have a fully stocked truck. But, having said that, he did a good job and didn't leave a mess. I have used him twice (the work listed above), and think his hourly rate is fair ($70/hour) and he will give an accurate estimate of the job - hourly billing and materials - so you know what you will pay. Further, I felt comfortable leaving him at my home to perform his job and go on to work. He came by my office later that afternoon with his bill and to pick up payment.
