Mike came on time and installed washers for both hot and cold faucet handles. A few minutes after he left, my husband noticed the faucet was dripping again. We called him and told him the problem. He was just down the road so he turned around and came back to fix it. On Thursday, after using the bathtub, the faucet started dripping again. We called Mike and he said he could come back on Monday and that we might possibly need to replace the faucet. At that point, my husband said he would just do it. And he did. Faucet has not dripped since.

I am continually having Mike work on things, from replacing faucets to pulling/reseating the toilet. He does a great job and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. He deduces what needs to be done, gets the parts he needs and goes to work. I've not had any issues with any of the work he's done. If I did, he'd fix it with no questions asked. He quotes a price and sticks by it, even if it takes him longer than he expects. Great guy to work with.
