The service was very quick. I waited hardly any time at all! They checked my breaks, the place was clean, and I will probably always chose them from this point on, knowing if I am busy I can just be so fast!

They had a special for a $20 oil change. They are really friendly and they do a good job.

They quickly changed the oil in both vehicles and sent us on our merry way. We left town on spring break and didn't think about the service again until we came home. My partner drives an hour to work and remarks that he is seeing a light colored smoke coming from the rear of his car. Several hours later, after he finishes his classes, he begins his commute home. On the trip back, his engine seizes completely and strands him on the side of the interstate for 2 hours. He has to have his car towed home only to discover that his oil plug wasn't replaced properly which caused all of the oil to drain out. We contacted Meineke and are told that they don't feel as though it was their responsibility. In fact, they said that they expected his car's engine to seize no matter what because it was a 1996 model. Now we are left with no car and little recourse because someone didn't do their job properly.

They are real quick. The service they do is outstanding. In my opinion, they act like they care about their customers and most places they don't. That means a lot to me and that says a lot about their company.
