Mattress King

The delivery company did not show up for first scheduling.  Came the next night.  The wood used in the frame of the box spring was warped and would not lay flat on the bed frame.  I refused delivery on the products.  I called the manager the next day.  Given all the problems with delivery and then delivered an inferior product, I asked for a complete refund.  I came to the show room that afternoon for the check.  I did get the refund, but the manager was less than gracious.  He said the problems with the box spring was my bedframe, not his product.

My mother purchased a mattress here. She requested a Sealy but instead was sold an Englander. Although the warranty paperwork says that the warranty can be void if the mattress frame is not replaced, no one explained that to her, not the salesman or the delivery people. The mattress immediately began to sag. The salesman Mattress King was not responsive, to the point of blowing up and getting mad. Finally we contacted the warranty department with Englander mattress, who, after begging them for two months to come and see for themselves - photos aren't enough - they denied a new warranty for a mattress that is sagging over two inches from a 100 lb woman. No one, from start to finish, did what they were supposed to do, except take th money. Please don't make the mistake we did.
