Land Heaven Landscaping

I hired Land Heaven to do several parts of a project including modifying a couple of irrigation zones, bring in and spreading topsoil, install edging and install rock topping. They were great to work with and not only did a good job but improved on my ideas in a way that saved me money and improved the end result. Jose, the owner, was easy to reach and was just a pleasure to do business. They always showed up when they said they would. I'd recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them in the future if the need arises.

DO NOT HIRE!!! Land Heaven Landscaping / Jose did a terrible job on my deck. I only wish I could upload pictures on this site so that everyone could see the EXTREMELY POOR job that Land Heaven Landscaping / Jose did on my deck. I paid over $1000 to have my deck refinished. For one, They only did one coat and you could clearly see faded lines on my deck the next day. Secondly, there are very rough spots all over my deck because THEY DID NOT SAND THE DECK prior to applying the stain. When I communicated this to Land Heaven Landscaping / Jose, he wanted to me to pay $200 more to fix it!!! I gave them over 2 weeks to respond and now they are not replying to my calls / and texts... STAY AWAY!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Very professional, Friendly. He did a outstanding job!!

We hired this crew to CLEAR the area in our backyard where we want to put a fence. What we got was a yard filled with trash, roots, trees that seem to be cut but left dangling dangerously, and stumps everywhere. The yard is nowhere near being able to put up a fence along our property lines after paying $500 to this company. I would definitely NOT recommend them!

The owner is super nice. First the job was most difficult, cutting brush on a steep incline. His crew came and worked all day each day. Brought their lunch. Hard workers and nice young men.

Lacked transparency on pricing. Job was a bit challenging when he came out to scope the work but once I personally figured out how to move forward, I called back in good faith and honored my commitment to Jose to choose his business for the work. He arrived an hour late. He then completed the work and as I went to pay him for his work, he raised his quoted charge by $20 citing more labor to do the work. He went on to say he was still cheaper than what others would charge, to which I acknowledged was the exact reason I called him in the first place. Unfortunately for him, what he doesn't realize (unless he reads this feedback) is that I was set to have him quote other jobs around the house but I've now decided to pass on his services. His lack of transparency cost me $20 more for the job, but will cost him any opportunity for additional business from me.

I can't recommend this company more highly. Reliable, professional, and expert in all respects.

Contractor was very responsive to my needs. Very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems and what is required by the client and made sure you knew what needed to be done for him to perform work.
