They are very honest people. They go over everything before they do anything. They are top-notch.

Well have been using Village Brake and Lube for nearly 2 years now. They are very friendly, and provide excellant service.

I've actually used Kwik Kar several times in the past. The key reason I keep going to them is that they are incredibly fast and do solid work. They are consistently finished in less than an hour, sometimes even less than 30 minutes regardless of how much they appear to be backed up. You do pay a premium for speed though. They seem to be a good $6 to $8 more than some other much slower places. Their waiting room is well stocked with amenities like soda and cookies to snack away on while you wait as well which is a nice touch. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Kwik Kar in Rogers.

Kwik Kar recently did some work for me to fix my AC. I also go in every 3 months for an oil change here. Very polite and informative and they do the work for a fair price.

Not real well

I am fairly new to Arkansas and this area and have been looking for a reliable auto service center. The guys working here were very fast and friendly. I went in for an oil change and had a concern with my front tires as they were wearing unevenly and were not in the best shape. Confirming my suspicions about needing front tires, they got them ordered and I made an appointment for a couple of days later to have my tires change. They did a great job and I will be going there in the future.

I went in for A/C service to find out that I had a leak. They ordered the part for me right away. Once the part was in they were beginning to fix the problem when something else broke from age (its a 1991 VW). Once that part was in they fixed it all right away. What really makes me give these guys a great report: They had to wait on me to talk with my husband who is overseas. The owner worked with me on keeping the price within my price range. They let me watch what they were doing. The owner and the mechanics were all great people who had great patience with me because my husband wanted as much involvement in this as possible (this is his car and remember he's overseas) and talking with him through AOL Instant Messenger...which can take a lot of time. Not only were they patient with me, they were also patient with my allegations of them breaking something else (I mainly was just concerned that maybe they didn't tighten something down and caused my next break...remember it's 20 years old) which I will explain in the next few sentences. After my A/C had been working great for the week my car decided to get the starter stuck engaged. The owner was nice enough to come to my house to take a look at it....not something you find in other places. Now he has ordered a new part for me and once it's in they will fix it. After they fix it I will let you all know how great they are...again.

Great - couldn't ask for better :)
