This company comes on time, and does a thorough job of mowing, edging, and picking up limbs. They do a superior job, and the lawn looks perfect every time.

They were awesome! I used the Angie's List snapfix tool to upload a picture of what I needed done and they matched me with King's who called me within a few hours then drive over to give me an estimate of $75. He and his guys came by the next day to haul it off. A real lifesaver because it is nearly impossible to get rid of yard waste in this county unless you have the means to haul it yourself. And this task was too heavy for just me and my 23 year old daughter.

They did the job as described.  No complaints here.

Though they arrived about an hour later than scheduled (really due to how wet it was after last night's rain I believe) they discussed project with me and got right to it.  They have a very efficient system using the 3 crew members.  Did all trimming, whacking and then all clean up.  Some services will come do the work but don't take all the debris, not King's, they do an excellent clean-up.  They finished in the amount of time that we thought would be needed and charged correctly. I like that if they see something else that needs to be taken care of, they do it and leave the whole yard looking great. We do not use King's every week, but when we contact them for spring/summer and fall clean-up they are always very responsive and get us scheduled very quickly.  We will continue to use King's Lawn Care Service and would recommend them to all of our neighbors.

The service was fine. I did not have any trouble with it. The staffs were good. They were very nice and professional. It took me a while to get them here though. I would probably use them again in the future. This last year, I did it myself, but if I needed someone for that, I would use them.

I used Mack King Lawn Care for many years prior to moving out of Rogers city limit and out of his coverage area.   Every week, just like clockwork his crew would come by and do their thing.  I never once had a single issue with Mr King, nor any of his crew.  They always went above and beyond every time -
 I asked him  a couple of days ago if he ever expanded to my area  --- And he does have a few clients out this way !!  I hired him on the spot (fired the other guys) and he had his crew out there the very next day.  Talk about SERVICE !! 
And just like years ago........he's still got it.  Everything went smooth and quick and my yard hasn't EVER looked this good in December.  Many thanks to Mr King and his crew for a job well done -- as usual.

MR. MACK KING and his PROFESSIONAL CREW are the TRUE KINGS of LAWN CARE!!!!!  This is my very first review on Angie's List.
I spent six long mowing seasons trying to find reliable lawn care service here in Prairie Creek, Rogers. I tried many phone books, the 'Business & Service Guide' in the newspaper, the internet, Super Coops, and I asked several neighbors, because I've always believed 'Word of Mouth" goes a long way. I've changed my mind about "Word of Mouth". I could name at least 3 companies and 4 individuals who did a great 'First Time Mow', but that was IT. Instead of going any further about my horrible experiences and extreme frustration with a lot of money & tons of time wasted, I want to give Mr. Mack King and his awesome crew the praise and appreciation they deserve.

On May 17th, I got a large paper on the windshield of my car that read "PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR LAWN". I contacted 2 companies through Angie's List, as well as leaving a short voicemail for them both. After I hadn't heard back from either one after 2 days, I paid $250 for $500 worth of service for a Deal from King's on Friday, May 23rd, 2014. I got a generated email back from Angie's List that King's would contact me Tuesday, May 27th, but that didn't happen. Mr. Mack contacted me the very next day, Saturday, and came out Sunday, May 25th!!!!! He walked through the overgrown, 2-foot high grass to my front door, assessed my situation and was friendly, honest, professional AND he knew his stuff--- what kind of grass and trees I had and which flower bulbs (lilies and iris') that couldn't be mowed down yet, etc...   On Monday, I emailed him with 5 detailed questions and he answered every one of them, in my favor. On Tuesday, May 27th, Armando, Santos, Jorje and another guy came out and did a FABULOUS job! And they have done FANTASTIC work every Tuesday since May 27th!!! 

When it was time to cut down the iris', I told Armando they could be taken down the next week, but not to the ground. I asked him to leave 2 to 3 inches of the dying leaves, etc... the next Tuesday, it was done exactly the way I specified the week before. And you can't really tell from the pictures, but my "backyard" is really a dangerous slope (cliff) that falls off into a ravine I call "the black hole". The crew has made it absolutely beautiful and a joy to look at now, instead of the pitiful 3-foot-tall eyesore of weeds it became for years.  Next month they're doing a leaf removal and giving my trees and shrubs their 'Fall Trimming" to tuck 'em away for the winter and I'm sure they'll trim 'em to my 'anal' and 'persnickety" specifications!      King's ain't cheap... BECAUSE they don't do cheap, shoddy, never know when they'll show back up (or IF they'll EVER show back up) work! They're reasonably priced for this area, professional, reliable and best of all- it's been almost 5 months and Mr. Mack King has been true to his word in EVERY SINGLE ASPECT from the very beginning. I haven't had any contact with him since Monday, May 26th- when I emailed him the 5 questions- a couple of those about changing some dates due to Halloween, asking if they'd trim my wisteria the first day, etc... 
 
That's JUST what I needed- an HONEST person who let me know in WRITING exactly WHAT I was getting for my money and WHEN. And then--- actually KEEPING HIS WORD!!! I haven't had any contact with Mr. Mack because I haven't needed to! There's been no need to dig up his phone number or email address to ask him questions about ANYTHING, because his wonderful crew is here every Tuesday doing EXACTLY what Mr. Mack promised they'd do. And I have several exposed electrical cords on the ground that Armando, Santos and Jorje have been very careful with and I haven't had to say anything about them leaving water bottles or letting anything get down into 'the black hole"- the ravine. They are neat as pins, very respectful of my property and I wouldn't even KNOW they'd been here, except that my yard has been absolutely beautiful for all these months!!!        I'll be using King's for the rest of my life! That is, of course, if they continue the Excellent, No-Stress, Hassle-Free, FANTASTIC service they've provided! 

KING'S LAWN CARE ROCKS!!!   

We have used Mack King for several years to maintain the lawn and landscaping at our office in Lowell.  His crews do a great job and always leave our property better than they found it.  Mack is easy to work with and always seems to get the job done.  King's prices are very competitive and he really shows a personal interest in making sure we are satisfied with the work his crews do.  Thanks for taking care of us Mack!

We have used King's Lawn Care Service for at least four seasons and have been pleased with all aspects of the work.  Our yard looks great, they are fairly priced and always on schedule.  If they miss a day due to rain we don't have to worry about them making up the work - it is always completed in a timely fashion.  They are fast and efficient.

Called them yesterday for leaf removal/ clean up and they were at my house the next morning with a full crew.  Very responsive and got the job done in an hour.  High quality of work too!

I used Kings for two years at my house. Always on time, good service, fast. I moved to a new house, less than a mile away, with a much larger yard and a lot of landscaping. They told me for three weeks they would come out, never did. I get a voicemail one day saying "I'm sorry your yard would take too much time and we have to focus on mowing as many properties as possible, we appreciate you being a long time customer". In other words customer loyalty means nothing to them. It's all about flipping as many lawns in a day as possible. What a shame because they were a good company.

I used King's Lawn care for many years until we moved out of town.  Mack King is the best !! I can't say enough about his service.  I just wish he would expand his area so I could have kept using  his services.  Thank you Mack for all the great years of service

The service is very good. They are on time and they do everything as they promise.

Their prices are very good. They are very dependable. They use a payment network online. I get billed each week and am able to pay on my phone. They are very fast. They have a crew that comes out and is able to knock out my entire back yard in 15 to 20 minutes.

They arrived when they said they would, worked well as a team, did a great job trimming allbushes into nice shapes.Very professional, Did very good clean-up and hauled all away.  Stuck with the estimated time/price.We will use them again.

It turned out great. The price is fair.
