KEN'S SEAMLESS GUTTERING

Ken's guttering was quite responsive when I called for an estimate arriving within 2-3 days.  The representative seemed very professional and seemed to really value my business.  However, after that things became terrible.  A few days later 2 young men showed up to install the gutters, stayed all day, and seemed to do a fairly decent job from a distance.  It took about a week to get our first rain in order to tell how well the gutters worked.  The first rain revealed that the gutters were not working at all, in fact all of the water coming off our roof ran behind the gutters.   Apparently the men had failed to place the drip flap in the gutters and so the water just ran behind the gutters as if we had no gutters at all.  So I call Ken's to explain the situation and they said they would send someone out to look at it.  They sent the same two guys back who decided instead of fixing the situation by placing the drip edges in the gutter (the correct method), they would instead use silver caulk to "seal"  the space between the gutters and the house.  They got silver caulk all over the gutters and the side of the house which looked terrible and still did not fix the problem.  At this point we became angry and Ken's stopped returning my phone calls.  This went on for 2 months.  Finally after I threatened to sue Ken's, they finally sent someone else out who apologized over and over and said he would get everything fixed.   He did get the caulk off of our house but never fixed our gutters.  I continued to call and they would never return in more calls.  I finally gave up and have had to start all over with a new gutter company.  My experience with Ken's gutters has been by far the worst since becoming a home owner.  I would strongly recommend staying away.
