JD'S Re-Roofs & Repairs

The owner came out and gave an estimate, but he did not show up with the crew. After the job was done, we noticed that one part of the roof looked very bad. We called to complain, as their ad states that their work is guaranteed.  When we called we were told that he had also noticed the flashing looked very bad, but he never mentioned that on completion of the job. He said he would come out to fix it on a Thursday, but he never showed so we called on the following Tuesday.  He made arrangements to show up the next day, and did not show.  When we called again the owner said they would be out to fix it and that they had given us a good deal but to never call them again.  Due to their lack of professionalism, I am now concerned that the rest of the job is subpar, so we will need to get another contracter out to verify the job was done correctly.
