I hired Dave from 1500 miles away after reading his reviews and, have a conversation with him. Glad that I did. I was at the house the day he arrived to do the first cleaning and was glad that I was able to meet him and discuss my needs and preferences and what he would do to meet them. I was thrilled with his choice of tools and products and appreciated being able to choose which I wanted him to use. I left him alone to work his magic and when I returned home was not only thrilled with how clean and orderly it was but also, with how clean it smelled. Not because of chemical fragrances being used to make it appear clean but because it had been cleaned thoroughly with non-toxic natural cleaners. Being very sensitive to cleaners and fragrances, it made me extremely happy to not be sick in my clean house. As an example of how Dave thinks outside the box and goes above and beyond, I asked him to wipe down the empty kitchen cabinet and pantry shelves as the previous owners had failed to do this and when he not only wiped them down, he oiled them all. They looked beautiful and healthier for his having done so. Not only will I hire Dave "I Clean Houses" to return, I already have. PS: Communicating with him is easy and a pleasure.

Very personable and detail oriented. Dave wants to make sure we are completely happy with his work and is very thorough in cleaning. I love the cleaning products he uses and even gives you a choice of scents! I would most definitely hire him again and I have! You can’t go wrong with trusting your home cleaning needs to Dave.

For the price I was pleased with the results.

Our first visit was a deep clean, which went very well. Dave is open to questions, provides detailed responses and met our needs. We like that he uses natural solutions for his cleaning.

The house has been cleaned one time and will be cleaned again this month. My father is pleased with the results and have found someone who we teemed to reliable.

I am thrilled with I Clean Houses!!! Dave was punctual, precise, and just lovely to work with. He uses all natural non-toxic cleaning products and will cater to your preferences (fragrance of essential oil, etc). He takes absolute pride in his work. We plan to have him every 2 weeks after this initial service. Trustworthy, hard-working and excellent communication. You will NOT be disappointed. Price very fair for the amount of work done. Dave is very accomodating and detail oriented in his work. He communicates clearly about arrival times and finish times and services provided. His pricing is very competitive. He went above-and-beyond by going to our rental property on short notice, in a town 30 minutes away. I like that he brings his own supplies with him and spends the time needed to get the job done "right" according to my wishes and needs. I never feel as though he's in a hurry and know that my home is the priority for that day. I feel very comfortable having him in my home when my children or I are present and also when he is here alone. I feel very fortunate to have found him and appreciate his helpfulness and good attitude tremendously.
