Furniture - Sales
I bought recliners and an extended warranty. It had a warranty issue on one within the first year. After notification to Hanks by email and onsite claim and 2 months, Hanks has still not taken care of the problem. They always have an excuse when I call for an update. You can't trust what they say.

I was not very pleased. I decided to use them because they have a big store and a huge selection but they did not follow through with what they said they were going to do. When we got there they said they had our furniture in the warehouse and we would have it within several days; three months later we still did not have it. They did not follow up and we had to call constantly; they kept telling us it should be in soon but it never came in. We finally got the stuff 3 months later; it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had; it was terrible. I will not use them again in the future.
