Everything seemed to be fine until the owner left the bill with the worker. My husband paid the bill, but after we started looking and calling around to different plumbers in the area, we discovered we were overcharged by $1,600. They charged $250 an hour for the plumber and his worker where other companies in the area would have only charged $114. I also never received a written quote from them even though I asked for it twice. I believe he didn't want to provide a written quote because we would have seen how we were being overcharged.
