George's Refrigeration & Heating

I have used George’s several times and won’t use anyone else. They are quick to respond and provide fantastic service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their hvac system serviced or replaced.

They have been out 2-3 different times before we put in the whole unit. They are the only heating and air conditioning service provider that we have used in the area. 

I like them a lot and everything they have done for us. I'd use them again.

They are fabulous. We have had them do several things. They are excellent. We were pleased with the charge, and didn't think it was too expensive. 

They don't immediately push a new unit off on you. When we first moved here, we had some work done thinking they would say we needed a whole new unit, and they did not. They repaired it, and it lasted a couple of years. When it was time to put in a new one, we were the ones telling them that it was time for a new one. We had fully expected for them to tell us to put in a whole new unit. At that point, it wasn't necessary, and our unit lasted us another 6-8 years until we finally put in the new one. We appreciated that, because they weren't immediately pushing for the most expensive of their services.

First winter event in the area, and my heat decided to go out. I called and was told someone would be available that morning. The technician called me within the hour to let me know he was on his way. He determined that the circuit board was bad, so he had to go get the part. I was very impressed with his timing and responsiveness considering that the roads were slick due to snow/ice. He was very professional, and explained everything to me as he went. Would definitely use them again.

The service went great. One technician came out for the service. Pete the owner contacted me after the technician was out. He was able to get the issue fixed for free. He contacted Trene himself  and got them to cover the cost of the repair because I had so many issues in the past. George's is by far the best company I have dealt with regarding my AC issues over the last 2 years. They had the best service and resolution. They went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and get it resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Again, this company came through for me. Their professionalism is second to none. They're timely, courteous, friendly, thorough, trustworthy and just plain great people to deal with. They treat my home as if it were their own. I highly recommend them.

The Thursday afternoon before Labor Day holiday my heat pump quit cooling. And, as luck would have it, we were in the hottest temperature streak we had experienced all season in Northwest Arkansas. I researched the Rogers/Fayetteville Angie's List for recommended HVAC companies. George's Refrigeration and Heating had some impressive reviews and ranked all "A's". So, I called them at 7:00am Friday and left a voice mail. By 9:00am they had returned my call. By 10:00am the technician was at my home to check my system.  They performed the necessary tests, repaired a small leak and recharged the system with refrigerant. My A/C has worked flawlessly since.
George's Refrigeration and Heating is the best. All the employees I spoke with were professional and courteous. I could not have asked for better service under any circumstances especially before a major holiday.
I wholeheartedly recommend George's Refrigeration and Heating. I have marked them as one of favorites on Angie's list and will continue to use them for all my Heating and air conditioning needs.

We contacted George's upon the recommendation of a friend after another company had inspected our heat pump system and gave extremely high estimates for maintaining existing system and for replacement.  Note:  our system had not broken down and was still cooling our house, but not in an optimal way.  George's came out promptly and added 3 lbs of refrigerant ($30/lb vs. $70/lb) and repaired loose insulation for a total cost of $200  vs.  $1500 quoted by the other company.  They indicated that our system would probably have to be replaced in 1-2 years and estimated that they could install a good system for $9,000 vs.  $14,000 - $22,000, quoted by the other company, for our 1900 sq ft, single-story dwelling.  Yes...we will be contacting George's when the time comes to replace our heat pump system!

Took a while to schedule, but I was in no hurry.  The day of the appointment, the tech showed on time, did his thing, and left.  Pretty routine, but I've been using them for years and have always been pleased.

Everything went great got here before service date. Ck the system no leaks lvl's fine gave me tip on filters to use. When done shook hands said thanks.

It was absolutely fantastic experience with them and price was also less then others and they did over and went above and beyond like depending on cooler or hotter that day you can adjust it before you get home.
