They did excellent work from beginning to end of the job. I was
subcontracting all the work myself and was a bit of a rookie but they
were very helpful and understanding. Whenever the job site was ready for
them they were onsite quickly and usually finished ahead of schedule. I
created a few challenges for them during construction and they figured
out a way to overcome each one. I even managed to shoot a nail into one
of the water lines which they came out and fixed promptly. I have now
lived at this house for over 12 years and have not had a single plumbing
problem which I think says a lot for their quality of work.

. In the future, I will ask if the plumber has a journeyman or master's certificate, and not just rely on one recommendation. The recommending person may have only had a drain unstuck or something requiring little expertise.
