Colley went above and beyond in the work he did for me. It was a USDA Rural Development loan and it is a difficult long process different than basic loans. It was his first time working with that type of financing and he really did a fantastic job and took care of many things for me. He was with a different company then, but he made things so simple. i always knew exac what was going on at any moment. During the process, he never once tried to oversell anything. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, and what we needed, and recommended what was best for US, even if it wasn‘t the more expensive option. He made it all work, and we think him for that. Oh, and about a month after we moved in, he surprised us with a book with all the photos he took throughout the process too. A nice surprise we have to remember the process.
