They seemed to have a pretty good experience in the area here and they were the least expensive quote I got. They seemed like they do quality work but have a competitive price. I had some issues with their responsiveness.

Response from Carter's Audio Video LLC
Initially when we had quoted this job, the labor was for 11.5 hours. When they completed the job, the customer logged "9.83" hours that our guys spent working at his house. He asked me to please adjust the invoice. It took me 2 days to get with the technician to confirm the hours on the job. Once we did that, I adjusted the labor per the customers request. The 2 days it took to confirm the time on the job was the only delay in response that we had that I am aware of. Everything was delivered and installed on time per the customers request. An email from this customer: "Your guys did great work and I'm very pleased with installation. All the materials costs on invoice are in line with what we already discussed."
