CAR-TOWN WRECKER SVC

The tow and storage services were adequate, but the owners were inflexible. I was not present for the towing, but it looked like no additional damages were incurred during transport. We contacted the owner the morning after to see about picking up the bike, and they suggested not moving it till insurance looked at it, so there could be no doubt of the damages. 24 days later, we found out that the driver of the other vehicle was not covered (specifically excluded) under the vehicle's policy. We contacted the tow/storage owner shortly after to discuss the bill, and the options for a possible discount since insurance would not cover it, and we were going to pay cash. The owner was unwilling to budge whatsoever on the bill. So in the end they had no issue with taking 1000 dollars from us when they knew we had 60,000+ dollars in medical bills.
