Delivery Service
The brought the sofa, loveseat and recliner pretty quickly, but they informed me when we purchased the headboard for the bed that they would have to order attachments that would make the headboard fit our existing frame. The men brought the headboard but didn’t know anything about the attachments. This was in MARCH. It’s now three months later. I have called countless times and someone always says they’ll look into it but no one has done anything. I paid for those parts and a have a bed with the headboard leaning against the wall and no one.... NO ONE will respond to my emails, FB inboxes, phone calls or anything! I am told many people have these exact same problems with this store. They pay and never receive. Bad business!
