Angelo Brocatos Painting and Maintenance

Angelo Brokato cost me 100k in damages and replacement cost The Arkansas board of contractors REVOKED HIS CONTRACTORS LICENSE 03/15/23 and fined him 30k. He has not responded to the Contractors board at all he is trying to work without his license beware of this man.

Angelo exceeded expectations with the work he did to repair and paint our large deck. He also painted the home and completely rebuilt the back porch. He provided timely communication regarding weather delays and was upfront regarding every aspect of the job. I would highly recommend Mr. Brocato.

I hate to leave a negative review but I would hate for this to happen to someone else A level 5 finish on a ceiling requires a certain amount of expertise. We ended up paying extra to try to get it there. I would say its level 3 at best. I know Angelo and his crew tried their best but unfortunately, I do not believe they were capable of getting a smooth finish suitable for semigloss on a ceiling. We wanted the popcorn down and debris went along with a smooth ceiling. The house was virtually empty with all fixtures removed. They laid plastic and hung plastic. Unfortunately, the furnace was run and distributed dust everywhere. They did not use an actual shop vac but rather a stick vac and then smeared the remaining with dirty rags. Our ventilation system now needs professionally cleaned as we are still fighting the dust. The new filter was completely caked. The finish is flat white and every seam and original screw divot still shows. It is blindingly obvious. I cannot imagine how worse it would be in semigloss. Unfortunately, we were tapped out staying a full 2 weeks in a hotel (was supposed to be 1 week) and we were already more than 1/2 a month into renting a pod. We simply could not allow the project to go further as the results were not improving. We settled for substandard knowing we will have to reskim, resand and repaint ourselves. Shame, it is work I know how to do but thought a pro crew could get in, get it done right and be out in a week. I was sadly mistaken.

Angelo is very professional. He stands by his work. He is very transparent with pricing, and takes the time to explain what is included. My home is brick with painted and stained doors, and lots of lintels. Basically a lot of detailed painting. I was very happy with the result.

They showed up and went right to work. On completion, it looked very good. I couldn't ask for better. They cleaned up after themselves very well. If I need anything else painted, I will call them.

Angelo is a stand up guy. He is professional, polite and so easy to work with. He made sure everything was to my liking and he even painted more than we had agreed on. One of my neighbors recommended Angelo and since then, several homes in our neighborhood have used him. Highly recommend Angelo and his crew!

Very thorough in all aspects. Helped me stay within my budget making suggestions beneficial aesthetically in conjunction with repairing cracks and caulking due to settling and normal wear and tear.

Angelo repaired my mother's back porch. He gave an honest estimate and kept to his word. He was conscientious and did very careful work. He even painted more than we asked. He finished the repair work in a timely manner and stayed on budget. Will definitely consider him for our next project!

Angelo was always on-time and friendly. He worked with us on our budget and completed everything in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves after every day on-site.

Be aware that this guy will ask for a 50% deposit up front and leave without doing 50% of the work. He never returned to do the rest of the work per our agreement and refused to return the unearned money. He is unskilled and unprofessional.

My mailbox had been knocked down by a car during the night. Angelo Brocato came within an hour and installed a new mailbox post. His work was professional and high quality. I will hire them again soon. The cost was so reasonable I wanted to pay more.
