Plumbing
Jim came over and evaluated the situation and told us what needed to be done and if he had the necessary stuff to repair the problem. (He usually does.) He repaired the problem during a reasonable amount of time and the cost was not out of line. We definitely recommend him to anyone who asks for a plumber in this area.
