Ascension Fence & Deck LLC

It became necessary to replace a section of an already standing wooden fence behind our new home.  While arranging for that replacement, we made the decision to also install aluminum decorative fencing with a 'puppy picket' to allow our small dog access to our back yard.  We contacted an installer who was unable to offer what we were looking for in the way of fencing with the 'puppy picket'. Through a personal recommendation, we contacted ASCENSION FENCE & DECK LLC. 

After leaving a voice message requesting a return call I was contacted by Jennifer, wife, Office Manager, and Co-Owner along with her husband, Jeff.  I was extremely impressed with her friendly and very professional handling of our conversation. She explained to me, up front, that it would be a couple of weeks before someone could make it out to look at our property to give us an estimate.  That was not a problem for us, but we greatly appreciated her honesty in telling us about the lag time.

When Jeff did make it to our home for the estimate, we found him to be very friendly, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. He assured us of his pride in and commitment to his work and customer satisfaction. He was also able to give several references should we like to speak with previous customers. Due to several factors related to our Home Owners Association and receiving approval for the installation of this fence, there were several months between the time we first starting working with Jeff and when the fence was actually installed.

He was very patient, understanding and happy to work with us whenever we felt comfortable  going forward with the project.  We are SO happy with our new fence! It gives our small backyard a more personal and cozy feel. It wasn't easy FINALLY moving forward with it, but we are so happy that we did and that ASCENSION FENCE and DECK LLC were our installers.
