Installation went well. Training the dog not well. Dog got spooked by the fence then owner and trainer stopped returning my calls. Just dropped out of sight. Very poor not professional, expected better customer support. Would never recommend this company.

Mary and Jonathan take care of my animals during the work week and when I travel since August of 2010. They do a great job with all 6 cats and 4 pugs, even those with special needs. Gremlin is blind and has arthritis and Moses is periodically grumpy, and they treat both of them well.
