Cost for repair

First time hiring from online and asked for estimate because of the reviews on previous projects. Estimate was close to other but felt they handle themselves professionally from the start. They showed up ready to do the work and followed my wishes. Gave me other helpful advice and completed work as specified. Cleaned up and left me happy with results. Very pleasant experience.

They came at the exact day and time we agreed on .The contractors was nice and courteous and does quality work.I would recommend H&A Maintenance services ask for Brain !!

He offered the most affordable price and the most options for how the work would be done. Got three estimates, of course and the others were 2 and 3 1/2 times as much. H and M was willing to repair what was there rather than sell me new fascia metal and gutter for such a small area of damage. The workmanship was excellent and I will be calling them again when needed.

Brian went out if his way to complete repairs. With all the insurance issues that was involved with this repair. Professional, knowledgeable and a man of his word. I will be hiring his company again.

Repaired an existing fence and set several new fence posts. They were very professional and I was pleased with the overall workmanship. Brian was easy to communicate with. They started and completed the work as planned for the price agreed upon. Would use them again in the future.
