It has been a nightmare, the unit has our bills twice as high as a normal HVAC unit. They have been to our house at least 10 times and each time they told me they had fixed the problem. Finally we called another geothermal company and had them come out and look at the unit. I was standing with the man while he inspected the machine, it took him at most 10 minutes to find the problem. My Freon is leaking out the water tub, I was shown that with the machine that tests for Freon. I called the owner of the company Mike Jones and told him what was wrong, he told me he was coming out to my house, which he did. Mike called the other company a liar and told me that it was our fault because our insulation was not right. I reminded him that they put in the insulation and he said it was still our fault. So, Hydro Temp makes each unit individually. We need a certain part to fix our unit and they will not sell us the part. I was willing to buy the part and have the other company fix our unit correctly, but I cannot even get the part now. This whole experience has been a disaster.
