MFC II HVAC & ELECTRIC

the lights in one of my rent houses started flickering at 3 a.m.. entergy was called out and the service tech told us that a lug was burnt in the main breaker box under the meter loop and was not getting a good connection. we called mfc ii the next morning. they sent an electrician out and he called and said that he had to replace the whole box, which I expected. he called back later that day saying he put the box in but the air conditioner compressor wasnt working right. so I turned around and called pine bluff heating and air who came out and discovered that the mfc ii electrition had wired the box wrong. the hvac man was shocked and almost knocked to the ground just by touching the new box. he had to pull the meter out to kill the power so he wouldn't get shocked again. he discovered that one of the hot wires was crossed with the neutral wire, taking that wire directly to ground. in the mean time this situation burned out a t.v., ceiling fans, floor fans, and several other things. mfc ii made the things right that were destroyed. BUT they sent us a bill for their work... padded enough to cover the hvac bill (showing a credit of this amount) and we still owed them 115.00. there was a lot of fast talking and number jumbling, making me think everything was taken care of. I don't think we should pay them a dime after the shoddy work and all the damage they caused. everyone should avoid this bunch like the plague.
