They were friendly and professional. Treated me and my babies as if we had been going there for years. I also watched them care for a friends horse that has a cancer tumor. They were great and the horse is doing great! I will be using there services for my dogs and horses.

Upon picking the rescues up that evening I noticed they were all in a lot of pain. The females had extremely long incisions and were swollen, red and their incisions were sewn in a haphazard manner. Very crooked and careless. The males weren't much better, they looked like they were butchered. I expressed concern to Dr. Maul and was told, "They will be ok, just watch them" I stopped at the reception desk and mentioned my concern to the head lady there, she said, "look we do 100's of these surgeries so I think we know what we're doing. No one offered to look at my dogs or offer any suggestion as what to do for there pain. I was very displeased with the nonchalant attitude and total disregard of my concerns. As a matter of fact, the receptionist turned away from me and started gossiping about other clients personal business with several of her co-workers. I walked out and left there concerned for my animals.
