The guy that came out was awesome! His name is Levi. There's a flat charge for a full hour for the first hour. He fixed what he came to do in 10 minutes. He noticed I had another issue in need of attention. He said, "You already paid for the whole hour, so I might as well fix it." And he did. Two things I've been avoiding fixing because of the cost were suddenly fixed, and for a fraction of what I thought it would cost. Go Levi!!!

It was difficult job because it was 30 feet of the ground. They were safe and went the extra step to make sure the rest of the fascia was secure. Awesome.

The technician, Jatom Grant, worked very hard with excellent skills and attention to details on a very difficult project. The only question for me was why the 1st work hour should cost any more than any of the other hours? Please explain.
