We contracted Bob Cemer to paint the interior of our house once before and used him again in our current home. He (in both instances) gave us a very good estimate, showed up on time and completed the job under or right at the estimate cost. He ensures everything is fully covered, regardless of the color underneath and his attention to detail is impeccable. He is very courteous and professional and doesn't let anything get it he way of pleasing his customers. This is the way all contractors should behave. I really wish he did more beyond painting so I could hire him for more. Hiring Cemer's was a great experience and a great idea.
