 + -1 moreWe ordered the shelter and paid a $300 deposit. Installation was scheduled for 14 March. On 14 March we were called and told that the installation was delayed for a day. The next day there was no call and no installation. We called and were told that there were water issues delaying previous installations. This pattern continued (no installation and no call) until I finally went to the store and said that I expected the installation to occur by the 21st or I wanted a refund. They showed up on the 21st and cancelled the contract and refunded my money. I was very disappointed with the lack of meeting commitments and the very poor communication throughout the process. I was pleased that the contract termination was fair.
