I was trying to fix the problem myself and got stuck by the city because I was not the owner of the home I was renting so my landlord had to get a plumber to fix the problem so my landlord sent him out to the house.  He knocked on the door and he was very presentable, friendly and clean did not look like a plumber.  He asked what he could do for us brought a 150 snake and got the pumbing unclogged.  He was very friendly.  I think he said he charged $40 and hour and I think it was a very reasonable price.  He was done in about 4 hours and he even plugged up the hole I dug and had to fix up my screw up.

We came to know of this provider by word of mouth.  He is very good.  The only complaint that we have is that he is hard to get sometimes.  He is so booked up.  Price wise we find him reasonable.  As for responsiveness it is hard to get him and we have not had any emergency and we imagine that if we had an emergency we would get him real quickly but usually it is several days before we can get him to come out because he is so booked up.  As for professionalism there is nobody better.
