The work crew was here at first light on Friday morning. The timing between the quote and performance was a little over three months. However, there was some general roof damage in our area from a strong summer storm and I know of some other homeowners in the area who were told in July it would be late fall before they could get to them. So I cannot really judge the delay, I do feel it was somewhat excessive.
Regardless the work crew of six went to work, stripped the roof, inspected the roof for rot, replaced sheeting where necessary and shingled the home by the end of the day Friday. They finished the garage on Saturday and were done by noon. Excellent work and I feel a fair price.
