Jeff Chambers came to my house and wrote out a detailed description of what I requested, gave me a copy of it before leaving. Then the next day he texted me a quote. I didn't have the money that day, but Jeff was not annoyed, and he honoured the quote when I called him to do the work about 60 days later when I had the money. He came to start the work within two days after calling him. He completed the first job within the quickest time frame the power company could work, and he interfaced with them, saving me time. He was friendly, patient and professional.
