Ward Appliance fixed our washing machine on the first time out because they already had the part. The repairman was very nice and explained the problem and what the cost of the repair would be before he started. He did not leave any messes when he left either.

Ward Appliance did a great job of fixing our dishwasher. The repairman explained that the problem was that the sprayers were clogged and he cleaned them out in no time. The dishwasher has worked great since and we will be calling Ward Appliance to do any other repairs for us.
