Excellent!! A friend referred them, they understood the problem over the phone, they came quickly, they fixed the problem for a fair price. The assessment from our previous service proved to have some fabrications to make our situation sound worse than it was. Inside our closet Universal HVAC spliced in a section of pvc drain pipe to replace a section with a small crack; outside they changed a contacter switch and they added freon (which hadn't been checked before a new replacement unit was recommended)
