I first contacted Sideco because they were the only ones listed in North Little Rock. I didn't bother to check with any other company because the owner was able to convince me why his product was the best. They don't just cover with siding; they remove all the wood, insulate and replace the wood with fiber cement siding. The job took five days, which was the estimate. They did everything agreed to, including painting the garage. It looks like a new house and I feel like I'll get most, if not all, of my investment back when the house is sold. You won't find many reviews on this site because they are relatively new to Angie's list, but there are many reviews on their website.

The siding on my home was old and in need of repair and painting. I also had extensive water damage in two sections. I got three estimates. The Sideco estimate was much higher than the family owned company that I have seen on TV. My wife had secured the bids so I hadn't spoken with any of the companies. Jimmy Russell, the owner of Sideco, returned and explained how the water damage would be repaired and showed me the difference between the James Hardie fiber cement siding and vinyl siding.
I then called the representative of the other company to find out the method they would use to repair the damage. I was told that the great thing about vinyl siding was that it would go up over the damage and it would hide it so no one would know it was there. I then knew why there was such a difference in price I selected Sideco for my home and I'm so glad that I did. They have no sales staff, I dealt directly with the owner. The day before the work began, the project manager came by and introduced himself. He gave me his card with his cell number and explained he would be onsite to oversee my entire job and invited me to contact him with any questions or problems. The entire crew was so professional. They were constantly working and it was evident that they knew exactly what they were doing. I had very high expectations since I was paying much more than any of the other bids. Sideco exceeded all of my expectations. The damaged areas of the foundation were repaired and the new siding was stunning. My wife loves her new windows. We have lived in our home 23 years and had never entertained on our deck In the year since we got our new deck, we have had 3 major outdoor events and have enjoyed it.
Two months after the completion of our job, Jimmy Russell stopped by to make sure everything was ok and that we were thrilled. As we sat on my deck talking, he noticed that the seams between some of the siding pieces seemed a bit large. It looked fine to me, but he said for some reason some of the siding had shrunk more than usual. A week later, his crew arrived and replaced the siding on one wall. I would have never known, but their commitment to excellence was evident. I have never dealt with a better company. In the past year, three of our friends have had their siding replaced by Sideco after seeing the job they did on my home and they were all thrilled.

They were very skilled, professional, and aimed to please. They were also personable and friendly. All the different crews worked well together. I highly recommend them to others.

They are very good. They came highly recommended from my boss and he has used them for over a decade. I have been happy with everything that they did, and their windows have held up well.

Showed up when they were supposed to, did the work they were paid to do and then some. They cleaned up after themselves and I was not afraid to leave them alone in the house.

This company did a great job and I was very pleased with the service. Everything was done with precision and quality. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs it. The workers were very friendly and they made sure to finish the job in a great amount of time with no mess left behind.

I have a 1,600 square foot home. I had all ten of the old aluminum windows replaced with the new vinyl style windows. Jim Russell over at Sideco did a great job with them. The old windows were difficult to remove. He and his crew got the job done though. It has saved us on the energy bills. They also did work to a neighbors home.
