Sam not only services my own personal house, as a realtor, I refer him to ALL my clients...even if he competes with other companies for quotes, he's always the best price! The work is outstanding!

Mr. Coulter's employees installed an attic heating unit in early 2009. I've had problems with the unit and Coulter's services since. The first problem was a defective, unbalanced fan. Mr. Coulter identified the problem, said he would fix it, and never did. It's still noisy. The unit was poorly installed and began leaking water when the a/c was turned on in the spring. A good portion of the ceiling under the unit had water damage. It took eighteen months of "reminding" for Mr. Coulter to get around to finding someone to repair the ceiling. The people he found to do the work did a lousy job. I had someone else come to totally repair their mess on my dime. The unit continued to leak last year and Mr. Coulter came out and "fixed it." Last week the unit again leaked water and messed up the ceiling under the unit. I called Mr. Coulter on 5/2/12 and he agreed to meet me the next day at noon. When he didn't show, I called and he said he would come later in the day. Two days later and he's hasn't called or come by.

Their quality of work was good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

He did a great job and beat the price of other estimates.  I would highly recommend his company to anyone needing Heat and A/C work.  THey were polite, professional, timely and cleaned up everything afterthe install was completed.  He showed up when he said he would and completed the job ahead of schedule.  I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Excellent. Sam came to give the estimate and his brother Charles did the work, along with a team. Very honest, reliable...Sam took the time to talk to me and explain to me the different models. He even told me I didn't really need the more expensive versions. I asked about ductwork (I live in an older home). They inspected it and said it was fine and I didn't need them cleaned. The work was done well...there were a few problems with a part that came off, but they came right out and fixed it. The unit was in a very difficult spot to get to so I don't have a complaint about it. I have had them come out to inspect/fix my AC/heating units since then....They make you feel like family from getting the appointment scheduled to completing the service and will not try to sell you stuff you don't need. Excellent, excellent service!

This company had performed services for us the previous week in a rental property of our. In both cases, they were fair priced, prompt in giving an estimate and doing the work and remained within their estimate.

The estimate was scheduled quickly and easily. They started the work the day after I received the estimate. After the work was initially completed, I found a couple imperfections and I questioned whether there might be any imperfections that I could not see underneath the newly installed duct insulation. Sam immediately, without any questions asked, had his workmen come out, take all the insulation off the ducts and showed me that the workmanship was in fact excellent. They then re-wrapped the ducts and even did more than they had contracted for, by insulating the entire plenum at no extra cost!! By the way, this company had installed an entire new heating and air system a couple years ago for the second floor of my house and that workmanship was also excellent and exceeded my hopes.
