PREMIER BOARDING

We have used Permiere Boarding to board our dog 3 times now in the past 2 years. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we receive and our dog comes home very happy. I have been impressed with Dr. Dean, the owner and his staff. I would defintely recommend.

Our AC was out and they got my 2 cats in for a last minute reservation! After staying nearly a week they went back home like nothing had happened. They ate well while they were there too.

I made a reservation for dog boarding with Premier based on the Angie's list reviews.  Making a reservation was easy and efficient.  When I arrived, the caretaker got down on the floor and greeted my two tiny chihuahuas in a friendly, welcoming and calm manner.  They spoke gently and lovingly to them, and gave them time to transition rather than just scooping them up and carting them back to the kennel area.  Much appreciated!  The check in was well organized and gave me great confidence in how they run their business and treat dogs under their care.  I wasn't wrong!  After drop off, they called me because they found some chocolate chips that were accidentally mixed in the food I had brought!  I am so thankful for their careful attention!!  They put the food aside and used their own food.  Upon my return, they showed me the bag of food and sure enough, it was 70% kibble and 30% chocolate chips (same size and color).  I had combined the two baggies at home without paying attention.
During my trip I became ill and returned early.  They offered me a refund for the pre-paid days without my even having to ask.  I left with two adorable photos of my tired, happy dogs.  I will definitely use them again.

I have boarded my dogs and cat at premier for a very long time. They are always well cared for, and happy when I pick them up. The staff is very friendly and always takes great care, you can tell they truly love animals. Also, I have shown up unexpectedly and have always been able to tour the facility with no notice, which eases my concern. The facility is very nice, with indoor/outdoor climate controlled runs. Always clean. And the cats have their own separate building. In the past, as my dogs grew older and more infirm, they always give them their medicine and will place them in order to make the best for them. For instance, as my lab, Sadie got old, she got very scared of aggressive breeds, she had epilepsy and the additional stress was a danger to her health, so they always placed her next to calm dogs. They will put your dogs together in a run, or adjacent, and feed them accordingly. I also like that the Emg Animal Clinic is part of Premier in case anything happened, they would have immediate care. Sometimes it's seemed costly, but worth it for peace of mind. I can't say enough good about them. After I moved from Jacksonville to Benton, I still used premier, the only place I felt they were safe. Now I live in Conway, and will probably still drive to NLR. I haven't boarded them in 2013 yet, but have no reason to believe them to be any different.

We have been going to Premier Boarding since we moved to Little Rock in 2001. They have always been wonderful with our dogs. The staff is always patient and gentle with our animals in spite of the fact that they are very unruly and terribly excited every time we go there. The dogs go crazy when they know they are going to the kennel. Clearly Premier Boarding is doing something right! They are especially gentle with our old, arthritic dog who is mostly blind. As we travel every year it's a great comfort to know we have a safe secure place to board our dogs. The place is always clean and odor free. The staff is always very friendly and they all great with animals. And I love the fact that they will give the girls their kennel cough upon check in if they need it. So much easier than having to take them to the vet. They have additional services such as daily walks which our older girl needed. She was in great shape and very spry when we picked her up after our last trip. And I love the fact that a vet is affiliated with the kennel and available for any emergencies that might arise. I can't say enough nice things about Premier Boarding Kennel. They are the best!

I have had a terrible experience using their services because our pets ended up with a staff infection on their bellies, which was a near fatal incident. We will never use a boarding place again because of what happened to our pets.

Premier walks the dogs numerous times a day and they feed them regularly. My dogs are my babies and I feel like they are treated like that there too, which is what I want. Now the charges for each person may be different because I think it depends on the size of the animal you are leaving with them and things like that. I can tell you that we have been very pleased with that particular place though, and I would recommend them to someone else to use. We also wanted to be careful because we had rescued a few of our dogs so we wanted to be sure we were picking a good place to have our dogs when we could not be with them.
