Plumbco

Per Plumbco, only the toilet leak was covered by my home warranty contract.  They advised the sink drip was caused by defective water pressute regulator.  He did not have a regulator available, said I needed to call their office and schedule them to come back and replace the regulator, told me to quote a price to their office of $250 - $300 for the job.  That seemed high.  I called a plumber I had used before, they  replaced the regulator for $190 complete.  I will never use Plumbco again in my home.

Overall it went very well. We had guests coming and noticed that the commode in the guest bath room ran constantly and flushed itself. We called American Home Shield, our home warranty insurer. Plumbco is one of their service providers and has worked on multiple plumbing issues in our home for the past 11 years. They were very efficient about scheduling us as soon as we could get our plumber of choice. He arrived on schedule and made the repairs in a professional and efficient manner.

They are very satisfactory.

My sister took care of it because I was unavailable at the time. I've used them before. I had one situation where they did a repair and it sprung a leak but overall it has been good.

Plumbco Plumbing and Piping was here to give us a drawing and then an estimate to replace the sewer line from our home to the street. They also put a snake in the line to clear away the roots in the line to take care of our stoppage problem. They did an okay job on that. The worker ended up breaking our ceramic paper roll in our bathroom. It is one that was actually attached to the cabinet so it can t just be replaced. He just sat it on the cupboard and did not mention it. The sewer stopped up again three days later and they never even got back to us with the estimate.

I was satisfied with the service I received from Plumbco. They seemed to be the number one go to company for my insurance provider. If I was choosing who would do most of or all of my work, it would be a different company though. They were above average just not the best I have ever used.

Plumbco did a very good job as they always do. The drain was unclogged and cleaned out in a matter of minutes. It took me forever to try to get it. I will say that these guys showed up as scheduled and they showed up very well prepared. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and charged me exactly what they said they was going to charge.
