We were so poor, it was a fortune.

We keep going back, so I guess it's good. The price is good. It could be cheaper, but it's quality. They're kind of slow. It takes them probably about 45 minutes. Sometimes, if we go on a Saturday, we just leave the car and we come back because everybody that works takes their automobile in, so they're usually really busy. My husband and I, we drive up there separately and then we go shopping or something else. I usually don't come in contact with the workers. They leave the car clean when they're done working.

Arrived and was met promptly, they took my vehicle and have a waiting room where you can watch whats going on with your car. Oil changed, tires rotated and vehicle inspected and washed. I have a coupon from them for the whole thing free. Usually this service costs about $70 and it is still worth every penny as they are fast, and always professional, they have free coffee and water bottles and have made a committed customer out of me due to previous service visits since the car purchase. I will buy from them again and continue to get service from them.

This service provider seems to be typical in the business. Busy and interested in getting as many people through as possible as quickly as possible. Have not had any trouble with my oil changes and I continue to go there every 5000 miles, but they are closely and all my records are there so it's easier to stay than to go.

They performed the service as requested and were tactful as expected.

I like the use them because I have a warranty with them. I actually may have gone somewhere else that was more competitively priced if I didn't have the warranty. They are great and have good service but it is expensive because its a dealership.

They are the best. Whatever I have any problems with; they take care of. If there is a problem, they don't take care of, they will find someone to take care of at a reduced price. When I cracked my windshield, they had someone fix it for $400 as opposed to a $1,000 estimate given by another company.

I had a good experience at North Point. They were good to deal with and Brandon, our salesman, was the best.

I have been really pleased with this particular dealership. As a woman, I do not feel like I am treated any differently than any man that would walk in there and I feel that I am given a fair idea of what is being done to my car. I have not had any problems since I took my car in.
