At Mister Sparky we pride ourselves in being upfront about everything we do. We do charge a service fee on repair service calls which includes getting a licensed electrician who has been background checked and drug tested to you home in our fully stocked truck. It also includes a complimentary safety inspection of the homes electrical system to make sure everything is safe. I take full responsibility for Mr [Member Name Removed] not understanding what the service fee included. There was a breakdown in communication, and at Mister Sparky we always stand behind everything we we do with our 100% satisfaction guarantee therefore Mr. [Member Name Removed] was not charged the service fee for coming out.
