You had an earlier service appointment where you were concerned that previous electrical work may have damaged your hardwood floors. Our Service Manager came out right away to look at the surface level mark. He was able to restore it onsite using Old English. Even though it appeared to be fully corrected, he still left the direct contact information of a flooring professional who would come out at no cost to you if anything else was needed. We did not receive a return call to schedule that follow up, but the option was open to you, and we were more than willing to help further. Standing behind our work is part of our commitment to providing 100 percent satisfaction to everyone we service. For your most recent appointment, the work you needed required a full day. We were not able to complete that scope on the afternoon of that Tuesday. We offered the next full available day on Wednesday, and you chose not to book that option. We then scheduled the appointment for Thursday morning. You later chose to cancel the Thursday appointment, and that is completely your choice. There is never any obligation to move forward with service. No work was performed and no charges were made, because you remain in full control of each decision throughout the process. Regarding pricing, I want to be transparent. We use straightforward and upfront pricing with written estimates provided before any work begins. I understand that we may not always be the lowest bid in Central Arkansas. Our pricing reflects the value we bring, which includes licensed and trained electricians, strong workmanship and lifetime panel warranties, fully insured service, and recommendations that prioritize safety and long term reliability. My goal is to make sure people feel educated and supported, not pressured. We back all of that with a 5 year warranty.
