They were great the whole time. We ended up with them because every company I had out to give me a quote gave me the hard sell, didn't provide choices, and wanted me to sign immediately. The representative from Lowe's was easy to work with and she didn't pressure me at all. She also offered the range of windows and we ended up going with the highest but at least we were given options.

The crew was pleasant, efficient and extremely skilled at their jobs. They actually finished ahead of time, and volunteered to install the new blinds I had purchased on all my windows, which meant I didn't have to wait for the designated installer. Lowe's employees kept me in the loop from beginning to end, and the whole experience was as painless as it could have been.
