Wonderful experience. Our old metal awning that partially covered our back patio fell from the weight of snow after the Christmas Day snowstorm of 2012. We called Koolvent and they came out and removed the fallen awning right away. We couldn't even get out our back door as it was blocked with the fallen awning. For the replacement, we asked for an extended awning that covered our entire back patio. The cost was very reasonable and the awning is beautiful. The team took less than one day to install and we have had many comments on how nice it looks. We have enjoyed the new awning all summer. It transformed the back of our house.

They discovered that the wood around our chimney was rotted and invested with termites so they replaced the wood. They cleaned up the area. They even left us some extra pieces of vinyl and insulation to go with it. We even called the company and praised the work that this wonderful crew performed. We were pleased.
