Called this garage on a Monday after someone decided to drill a hole in my gas tank and steal all my gas.They provided me with the number of the towing service they used. They called after my truck got there to get all my information and emailed me the forms I needed to sign. They called again later that day to give me replacement options (new or used) with price difference for both. The truck was done on Wednesday before lunch! Great group of people working there, very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs.

We found Kittles after moving to Little Rock and looking online for reviews of local garages. Kittles treated us with courtesy, and they performed excellent work on our car. I always felt everything was fully explained to me before services were rendered, and the workmanship is good. They also provide transportation to/from your home when the car needs to be in the garage for an extended amount of time.

I dropped the car off Monday at 500 PM. They called me at 1100 AM on Tuesday with an estimate and I picked it up at 500 PM on Tuesday. The price was what I expected plus a 10% military discount which saved me about 20 dollars. The people working their were easy to get along with and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Service was excellent. Price was actually a little less than the estimate. It took a little longer than expected due to a shipping delay with the parts but they kept me informed during the entire process. I couldn't have been happier with them and will not hesitate to use them exclusively in the future for my car repair needs.

It went well overall, as it has done everytime I've ever taken my car to Kittles.

Always great. I hate to say ALWAYS since it sounds like I drive a clunker (only 11 years old) but I vivist the sope about once a year. Been using Kettles for 6+ years. Best in town. They always call before doing any work that will cost more than estimate.

I have used Freddie and his guys for a number of years. Four different vehicles and will continue to use him as long as he has this business. A major plus, if he didn't think it needed to be done, I didn't have it done. No negative reprecussions following Freddie's advice. I am thankful to have a mechanic I trust. You can see I can't remember a lot of detail over the years, because I haven't had a negative experience.

We have used Kittle's for over 25 years. The first time I asked Freddie what kind of guarantee he gave with his work. He looked me in the eye and said if I wasn't satisfied, he would make it right. He has kept his word for over 25 years.

You really get good value for your money. He's one of the smartest mechanics I've ever met. I'm very satisfied with him and his business.

I had to send my Dodge Intrepid in to have the steering column checked out. The steering started to become stiff, so I checked the power steering fluid, and the pump, but they were fine. When Kittles Garage took a look at it, the found the problem right away. They told me it was the bushings on the steering column. I was told that it would take less than a day for them to get the parts and have it all done. I told them to fix it. I was very pleased with the job, and I have used them ever since.

We haven t had any problems with it and they got it in and out quickly. They were quite friendly. We would recommend them to anyone. We were very pleased with the work they did and they fixed the steering problem.
