 + -1 moreCalled this garage on a Monday after someone decided to drill a hole in my gas tank and steal all my gas.They provided me with the number of the towing service they used. They called after my truck got there to get all my information and emailed me the forms I needed to sign. They called again later that day to give me replacement options (new or used) with price difference for both. The truck was done on Wednesday before lunch! Great group of people working there, very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs.
Description of Work: Replaced the fuel tank on my 2004 Chevy pick up.

 + -1 moreWe found Kittles after moving to Little Rock and looking online for reviews of local garages. Kittles treated us with courtesy, and they performed excellent work on our car. I always felt everything was fully explained to me before services were rendered, and the workmanship is good. They also provide transportation to/from your home when the car needs to be in the garage for an extended amount of time.
Description of Work: Kittles Garage recharged our air conditioning, put in a new door handle/locking mechanism, replaced a thermostat and thermostat housing, diagnosed problems, performed oil changes, etc. We'll keep coming back to Kittles for our car's needs!

 + -1 moreI dropped the car off Monday at 500 PM. They called me at 1100 AM on Tuesday with an estimate and I picked it up at 500 PM on Tuesday. The price was what I expected plus a 10% military discount which saved me about 20 dollars. The people working their were easy to get along with and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Kittles replaced one engine coil and 4 spark plugs on my 2007 Hyundai Accent.

It took a little longer than expected due to a shipping delay with the parts but they kept me informed during the entire process. I couldn't have been happier with them and will not hesitate to use them exclusively in the future for my car repair needs.

 + -1 moreIt went well overall, as it has done everytime I've ever taken my car to Kittles.
Description of Work: He fixed a bad tune up job by another garage that had stranded me on the freeway at 2am. It's been years ago. My jobsite has moved, so I do not use his services anymore, however, he is a jewel, and I think he is probably the best mechanic in Central Arkansas. I've taken a car to him that I was being urged by my parents and the salesman (of course) to buy and he told me some problems it had just by driving it around a few blocks. It was supposed to be low mileage, good car, etc. etc. and on the way back across town to the car lot I got to digging around and found the car maintenance history in the glove box that indicated it was a rental, high mileage car. Fred had kinda warned me and raised my suspicions, so I will always be grateful to him for that. He could fix things on my old '64 Chevy II that no one else could, and, of course he has kept up to date on newer models. It's just that I always seem to have old cars. Hope this helps.

 + -1 moreI thought the service I received was excellent and would recommend them to any one that asked. They have a good reputation and because of this they are busy so make an appointment.
Description of Work: Took my 1991 Cadillac Fleetwood to them with a rough idle. They took a day to diagnoise the problem. The next day they gave me the estimate and 2 options for fixing the problem. It was a bad injector. So I had them replace the one bad one as I could not afford to replace them all as they recommended. They checked out the car for any number of potential problems. They even tied up a fuel line that was hanging and I also believe they added brake fluid as the brake light was on when I took it in. They did not even charge me for these extras.

 + -1 moreAlways great. I hate to say ALWAYS since it sounds like I drive a clunker (only 11 years old) but I vivist the sope about once a year. Been using Kettles for 6+ years. Best in town. They always call before doing any work that will cost more than estimate.
Description of Work: These guys are great. Freddie (Owner) is very knowledgeable and FAIR. They close early on Fridays (2pm ish) but they earned it!

 + -1 moreI have used Freddie and his guys for a number of years. Four different vehicles and will continue to use him as long as he has this business. A major plus, if he didn't think it needed to be done, I didn't have it done. No negative reprecussions following Freddie's advice. I am thankful to have a mechanic I trust. You can see I can't remember a lot of detail over the years, because I haven't had a negative experience. Used him on a 1993 Saturn SC1 1984 Honda Civic 2000 Chevy S10 2005 GMC Envoy XUV
Description of Work: I can't remember, would have to pull old receipts and I'm bad about not keeping them. I just know over the years I have had them service or repair my vehicles and am very pleased.

 + -1 moreI had to send my Dodge Intrepid in to have the steering column checked out. The steering started to become stiff, so I checked the power steering fluid, and the pump, but they were fine. When Kittles Garage took a look at it, the found the problem right away. They told me it was the bushings on the steering column. I was told that it would take less than a day for them to get the parts and have it all done. I told them to fix it. I was very pleased with the job, and I have used them ever since.
Description of Work: I had my 2000 Dodge Intrepid sent to Kittles Garage to have the bushings replaced in my steering column.
