I have been using them for thirty years. They originally put the heating and air conditioning in when our house was first built. The man mostly sat in his truck and spent very little time in the room with air conditioner was in. I called up his boss and complained about it. I wasn't at all confident with what he was supposed to do.

They have always done a good job.  I call them once a year to service air-conditioning and heating system.  They are prompt, reliable and I have been happy with them.  It was an inexpensive repair and it took them no time at all to take care of it.

I have been using Kirby's for 20 years. They have always come as soon as possible and do their job! I can highly recommend them! 

We didn t have any problems with them. They just came out and got the job done without any hassles. The unit is running well. They cleaned up well when they were finished and hauled away the old unit for us. They were very professional and didn t fool around or waste any time.

Kirby s was here the same day that I called with a problem with my heat. The worker was very concerned to get it working quickly for me. It has been working properly ever since. It is summer now, but it is nice to know that my heat will be working great again when I need it. I would tell my friends good things about this company and tell them to use them too.

We called on Kirby's and they responded in no time. He was a very polite gentleman. Their price was fairly reasonable, and we would recommend them to others. We call them about twice a year and they have always come out within a day or so after my call.

They cleaned up well after themselves and hauled away the old units for me. I was impressed that the unit was just as energy efficient as they said it would be. Our electric bill was cut in half since they replaced it. They did a great installation without any problems. They finished the job in only one day.

Kirby Heating & Air made us very pleased with them. They have kept our unit up and running smoothly. They were very honest. They haven't tried to convince us we need things we don't. They explained their reports in detail. We used them for our rental property as well.

There was something wrong with the air conditioner and the problem they found was in the thermostat. They spent about 2 hours and got it up and running like new again. They haven't sent me the bill yet, so I didn't know the cost for this job, but I can assure you it was priced very fair and reasonable because Kirby's have always been very honest and fair to me.
