First time I have every reviewed something, aside from the one I just left on their other site. I recently hired them to do a job - keep my dog inside the fence. I was assured that could be done. The dog knocks a board loose that was not well to begin with. I called for a repair, suggested someone knock it back in and put some screws in. I was told this could not be done. In short, they do not stand by their work. 7 thousand dollars later, and I am fixing my fence, cleaning up their mess, by the way, and having to dig around the bottom of the fence so it does not prematurely rot. Apparntly, according to my neighbor, they put the last fence in and it did not last long. So, my suggestion is take your money someplace where it, and the work you aske to be done, is apprishated.

They were quick to come out, talk up the company, tell me how superior they were to other fencing companies, then just never called back with a quote for the work. David promised he would get back to me the next week with a full quote but never did. I called the office two weeks after his initial visit and was told he was "behind." I called a week after that and was told "yeah, I don't have anything at the office. Maybe he's still working it up." I called again a week later and got a similar excuse. I've never heard back and have had the work done by a different contractor. It's fine if they didn't want to work for me, just tell me. I can't help but think maybe it was discrimination as I keep a rainbow flag in my yard and referred to my wife when we walked the property together. I would hate to think this company discriminates against LGBTQ+ people, but that's about all I can come up as to why I just ghosted by this company. Who turns down thousands of dollars?

My experience with Ingle Fence was horrible. The completed fence had posts that were not secured in the ground and many pockets without enough fasteners and some entire sections with none at all. The installation crew left garbage all over my and my neighbors' yards. The salesman was rude and aggressive on the phone when I contacted him to resolve these issues. The entire process of getting a simple fence done correctly took several months and included a visit from the owner who was extremely patronizing. I warn anyone not to use this company.

Excellent!!! They installed both wood privacy and chain link fence. It was quality work and done in a timely fashion.

What the "teams" did well, they did VERY well; but.....it's just like with anyone doing work on your property, BE THERE!
Especially be there the 3rd day, which is when the majority of the problems occurred.
In spite of the cable line being marked, they cut it; we were out of TV service for >24 hours....not once but twice! [Day #1 and Day #3]
Part of the contract is to remove all of the exixting concrete from the previous posts; and after they left, we have found three (3) that were simply "covered over." It is only a problem in one area....but....really! [Day #1]
One of the workman told my husband that the gate on one side could NOT be set up to open right>left (like the previous gate). I had to insist that I did NOT want to open a gate, walk around it to get inside the yar; and amazingly, the workman WAS able to install the gate the same way it was on the old fence. [Day #3]
I wanted the fence facing the street to be perfectly level. The previous one "sagged" in the middle because it followed the landline. Since we are going to raise the level of the land in that area, I finally got the "big plan" across to the supervisor. I also asked that the fence be the same height as our neighbor's fence. Rather than cutting off the first two boards---connecting to our neighbor's fence---the boards were put on the ground, and the entire fenceline on that side was put in 1 1/2 inches higher than our neighbor's fence. That makes the amount of soil we have to bring in to correct the low point in the lot significantly larger.....1 1/2 inches more topsoil ver a larger area. We have to add more soil because the "expert" team did not cut off two boards on one side. The fence was already up on that side when we saw it so we didn't ask that it be corrected, but we just "shook our heads" on that one. If the new one didn't look so perfect---even though higher than it should be---that would have been a problem. [Day #2]
There was no critical thinking in the group---even though we were told that there was an experienced "teamleader" on site; I never knee who was "in charge," but I think my husband may have.
Our neighbor's landscaping, as well as a major tree trunk, were "butted up" against the OLD fence. Rather than making SURE that the new fence allowed for those limitations, the fenceline was offset about 1 inch onto our neighbor's property. They are GREAT neighbors---and actually paid for their 1/2 of that fenceline--and their fence side was not affected adversely because they had landscaping up to the side of the fence so there is no problem with our neighbor.
On our side of the fence, however, we have a walkway---with the landscaping on the opposite side of the pathway close to the house. Since the fenceline did not allow for the fixed structures, the fence boards were actually CUT AROUND THE dead tree trunk, leaving a huge gap in the fenceline---and the stump sicking out as a big black circle! Where the neighbor's concrete landscaping/edging came up the fence, the board simple stuck out, which was also vious and totally destroyed the beautiful fence that was put on that side of the yard.
The company never sent out the "supervisor" who priced the job, but I did say that I would try to cut the tree trunk back myself---something I lived to regret. After purchasing a reciprocating saw---and bending the blade---my husband became involved again and took off work twice to meet with the "team" to get the root sawed off and the boards replaced. I would definitely recommend a post-job WALK AROUND! The "team" just packed up their things and left. We would have pointed THAT out if there had been a walkaround. [Day #3]
There were four (4) gates put in on two properties (2 on our property and 2 on our neighbor's property). Two (2) of the four (4) gates are awesome! We could not be more pleased!
The other two gates leaned in at the top (on the latch side) and stuck out at the bottom. Our neighbor is a kindly old gentleman so he just paid the final part of his bill and didn't say anything. We were appalled with the rotted board that was put up to support the stable side of the fence where our gate latched, so we requested that the rotten board and the entire gate be fixed. We plan to sell our house in a few years---moving closer to our daughter---and that was such an eyesore! [Again, this was done at the end of Day #3; and we would have said something if a "walkaround" was done.]
There were two (2) other boards (in 200+) that were warped when they were installed....but.....we would not have even said anything with such a large fence if the other things had not been so awful. Those two (2) boards were also readily replaced.
Now, the positives:
1. The fence is such an incredible improvement over what was there and really adds to the overall appearance of the house/yard.
2. The vast majority of the work was perfect....truly could not ask for it to be better. We are also very pleased with the stable gates (once the corrections were made.)
3. The workers were all pleasant to one another and to us.....a very competent group of workers!
[I think they were just tired at the end of the 3rd day working on two yards at the same time.]
4. Everyone we talked to did listen to us; and eventually, we are very satisfied with all of the corrections that were made at our request.
Recommendation:
We did "hold the last half of our payment until the work was done---since we were told by a neighbor he was still waiting on work to be done but had made the mistake of paying the entire amount without his fence being fixed. It was pretty obvious that the fence was not lined up correctly---and a less cooperative neighbor could have asked that one entire side of the fence be replaced because they lost an inch with the misplacement---but we were pleased when the stump was cut and the fence on that side was fixed.
Now that it is all over, we are very pleased with our ....but....some of what happened could have been prevented. My husband and I had several conversations that should not have been necessary about "what to do," etc. That made the process unpleasant at the time; and since our daughter was visiting us from Utah, it cut into our time with her.

Two workers worked a half-day on 3/20. On that day, they got failed sections of fence removed, old posts dug up and new posts set in concrete. Didn't finish this day because concrete needs to cure overnight. Next day, on 3/21, two different workers came, worked a half-day to custom-build 5 sections of fencing and attach them to new posts. On both days, all work proceeded speedily but also with attention to detail and appearance. At my request, workers salvaged a dozen pickets for me to use elsewhere on the fenceline. All debris was removed and hauled away. New fence perfectly matches existing fence in pattern and slope -- except, of course, it is not yet weathered. The wood was high-quality pressure-treated wood, which they guarantee for a number of years.

First crew w/young overseer all very professional, wanted everything right, friendly, removed fence, old posts, set new posts. Warned me about seeing snakes in neighbors yard and advised me to put moth balls or get snake away. When digging for new post hit gas line. Was not marked by One Call. Not Ingle Fence fault. That took time to get repaired. But gotta take my cap off to them. They finished the job and late in afternoon went to help another crew. The young man that was over this crew had a great crew and worked well together. Wished I would have gotten his name to pass on to others. Ingle Fence needs to make sure they keep this young man that over sees this crew, for you would greatly benefit from this young man and his crew!! Take it from over 30 years of experience of working with customers. I know what I'm talking about.
The two guys that put up the planks were very nice and did a great job. I think it could have been done more in a timely manner. Took a very long lunch. I was beginning to think they were not coming back. Showed back up around 2 and started back to work. Worked maybe an hour and one of them needed to go to the bank. They both left again. Returned 30 min later. Less than an hour later it started raining. They got in their truck and sat for 15 min and then left. The rain stopped 15 min after they left. They returned the next morning and finished up the job right at 12 noon. Stated they had to go to their next job w/no shade.
In my wildest dreams, I didn't think it would take that long to replace a fence we bought from them 25 years ago. I had to take off 3 days from work for I didn't have a place to put my two girls (outside dogs) and could not leave them in house by themselves.
Fence looks Great and would Recommend, just make sure you have the extra time if you have to take off from work. Three days was a little much or should say 2 1/2 days.

Ingle sent two young employees out. Day one they removed the old fence, and hauled it off, and new post were set. I told the KIC (kid-in-charge) I wanted the fence to look as the neighbors; which was also put in by Ingle and looks great. Watching a little while, the KIC didn't know how to run a string line and I had to show him how to keep the string from tangling and braking; thus resulting in a crooked fence. I asked the KIC to move a post; the KIC didn't. After the fence was completed; I walked the fence line and it was horrible! I became very distraught with such poor craftsmanship. Boards not secured, boards short, pickets not vertical but slanting, the fence was no where near straight, gates poorly built and installed, metal gate post cap cracked, trash throughout work site, cement, nails, trim ...
I took pictures and went to Ingles office the next morning and showed them my concerns. Mr. Richards, Ingle Owner, spoke with me a assured me he would come look at it. A week later Mr. Richards showed up and immediately saw the issues and understood my concerns.
Mr. Richards sent out another crew to fix what the KIC crew messed up. Corrections were made and the fence is better; but, in no way as professional in its construction as the joining neighbors fence. There like night and day.
I think I would shop around for another fence builder or do it myself next time, before hiring Ingle to build me another fence.

Selected because of good work on neighbor's fence. Provided estimate within 24 hours of request. Started and completed work within 4 days of approving estimate. Highest quality work!!! Hauled off old, damaged fence and cleaned up perfectly. Took care to not damage buried Comcast cable or other utility cables. Lawn undamaged. Beautiful job. Professional, friendly crew. No problems. No complaints. Class act. Highly recommended.
